Only 2 minutes to Fleetwood town centre and opposite a one stop convenience store, this house is in a great location and looks really smart. As with all our houses, it is fully maintained by our team and cleaned every week.

Mariner’s Anchorage is located at 87 Poulton Road, Fleetwood, FY7 6TQ. Just two minutes walk and you’re in the town centre and there’s a handy shop right across the road. The map shows the route to the Nautical College using the tram, which takes 15 minutes including the two minute walk to the tram stop. Cycle and it will take 9 minutes (depending on which way the wind is blowing) and in a car it’s less than five.

About the house – You’ll share a ground floor toilet and two shower/bath rooms, which are located on the first floor. Also, a large kitchen/diner with TV, Freeview and everything you will need to help you prepare your food, and a separate laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

We take your safety and security seriously so all bedrooms are fitted with thumb turn key locks on the doors, TV points. The house also has interlinked, mains wired smoke detection.
