Mariner’s Retreat is where our story began. We put a lot of effort into making this the best shared house for student’s in Fleetwood. Our five bedroom, two bathroom house features a large, fully equipped kitchen and lounge/dining area with TV. The house is fully maintained by our team and cleaned every week.

Mariner’s Retreat is located at 23 Poulton Road, Fleetwood, FY7 6TD. Just two minutes walk and you’re in the town centre and about five minutes from the beach. The map shows the route to the Nautical College using the tram, which takes 15 minutes. Cycle and it will take 10 minutes (depending how fit you are!) and in a car its less then five.

Originally refurbished in 2016, Mariner’s Retreat looks as good today as ever thanks to our maintenance team keeping on top of everything. We like to make sure it’s nice and fresh for each new term.


The bedrooms are fully furnished with comfortable mattresses, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and also a desk for you to study.

All bedrooms are fitted with thumb turn key locks on the doors and free fast Fibre WiFi. The house also has interlinked, mains wired smoke detection for your safety.
